For over 12 years, Megan led marketing at TheKey, the largest company-owned provider of in-home care in North America, serving as Head of Consumer Marketing and Chief of Staff. She built national campaigns, led rebranding initiatives, and scaled digital programs across more than 100 locations.
Before that, her background was in real estate development marketing, which shaped a foundational belief she’s carried ever since: that the home and the communities we live in are central to a good life, at every stage.
Today, through Perenne Growth Partners, Megan serves as a hands-on marketing leader and strategic partner for senior care, home services, and longevity-focused companies.
